INFERTILITY

One in seven couples in the UK experiences difficulty in becoming pregnant. The reasons for infertility can involve one or both partners.
In general:
-
About 1/3 of cases, the cause of infertility involves only the female.
-
Another third are due to male fertility issues.
-
In the remaining cases, the cause of infertility involves both the male and female; or no cause can be identified.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) can be used as a stand-alone, natural, drug-free treatment to enhance fertility in both men and women, and treat both medically explained and unexplained infertility. It can also be safely used in conjunction with conventional Western Medical fertility treatment before and during pregnancy.

Being overweight or underweight. Women at risk of fertility problems include those with eating disorders, such as anorexia or bulimia.
OUR TREATMENT
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) considers infertility to be the result of an imbalance in the body. According to TCM philosophy, disease results from an imbalance that blocks the flow of Qi, the “vital energy” which regulates health and flows around the body. If the flow of Qi becomes blocked, the body fails to maintain harmony, balance and order, resulting in health problems.
Based on centuries of clinical experience, TCM has developed practical and effective treatments for infertility. These treatments treat fertility problems naturally and safely, by restoring balance to the body and ensuring that the reproductive organs are in good health.
